Terms and Conditions
1. General These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from Sonya Bacon McKay Artist. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
2. Products As each artwork is individually produced, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and natural material differences. These variations are not considered faults.
3. Bespoke & Personalised Items Canvases, framed canvases, personalised artwork, and any other products made to a customer's specific requirements are considered bespoke items. Once production has begun, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled. As these products are made specifically to your order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error. Please ensure all spellings, sizes, colours, and specifications are correct before placing your order.
4. Standard (Non-Bespoke) Items Returns on non-bespoke items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide: Your order number. A description of the issue. Clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
6. Shipping Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Copyright All artwork created by Sonya Bacon McKay remains the intellectual property and copyright of the artist. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, or used commercially without prior written permission. 8. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Northern Ireland, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
