A Bit More About Me

Sonya Bacon‑McKay is a contemporary illustrator and artist based in Ballinderry, Co Antrim, Northern Ireland. A graduate of the University of Ulster, she turned her lifelong passion for art into a business in 2018 after owning two successful bridal boutiques in South WestEngland .

Sonya's heartfelt tribute to the late Queen resonated deeply with viewers and caught the attention of a member of the Royal Family. Since then, Sonya has continued to receive private commissions from royal circles, a testament to the emotional depth and elegance of her work.
